Janet Van Dyne is the wife of Hank Pym, she was also the first Wasp before her daughter Hope Van Dyne took her position. She was stuck in the Quantum Realm for 30 years. Janet Van Dyne being stuck in the Quantum Realm had a big impact in the Inifnity Saga due to the fact that Scott Lang (Ant-Man) was stuck in the Quantum Realm for 5 years after Thanos snapped and wiped off half the universe. The Quantum Realm was used to bring back the Avenger and many more heroes.
